Welcome to CFA, WCF cattery "METELITSA".

"Metelitsa" means a snow-storm.  We called by this name because our cattery is located  in  West  Siberia,  in Russia  where in the winter there is a  lot of snow and  blizzards.  Also because our kittens flits around like a snowflake. They have magnificent  long  snow-white coat.  Our  fat-babies similar to the arctic bear-cubs.  They are  nice, calm, sweet, peaceful  and  faithful  companions,  gentle and loving  friends.  It is  dificult to look at them without adoring them. The Himalayans is our great love!

As a serios breeder we feel that only cats with good health and type should be used in a  breeding program.  We strive  to produced  healthy,  happy,  wellsocialized  kittens, raised in  a loving  environment.  One of our goals is to breed  himalayan cats to health, personality and  type.  We  very carefully select  producers  for our small  cattery.  We work with  NW and  DM lines. Metelitsa's producers have various beautiful bloodlines behind them:  Brigantina, Oakheaven, Purringwood, Catley Crue, Sandypaws to name a few. "Best only best" is our motto.

We  thank  all  breeders  who built  this  bloodlines  it is made up of the  efforts of many breeders through  the ages and  around  the  world. It evolves with the  dreams of many breeders, from any idea to something great.
